About Tim Wolfe the Artist

Tim WolfeHeralded as one of the most talented wildlife artists in the country, Tim Wolfe stands among the most recognized sculptors in the industry today. An avid outdoorsman since childhood, Tim has spent much of his life observing and studying nature. Growing up in rural Beaver County, Pennsylvania, Tim spent every spare moment outdoors, watching and sketching everything that caught his eye.

Tim's love of nature led him to study animal anatomy at A.I.T. in Janesville, Wisconsin and in 1983, Tim moved to Charlotte, North Carolina to continue his education in commercial art and advertising design. During that time, Tim began sculpting for an art manufacturer in Davidson, North Carolina. Over the next 12 years, he had built a large collection of over 300 sculptures and had amassed a loyal following.

Tim's remarkable understanding and knowledge of both animal and human anatomy, combined with an extraordinary artistic talent has led him to international recognition for his sculpture. His artworks now reside in thousands of private collections throughout the world. The ability to recreate the very spirit of nature's creatures in his artworks is only one of Tim's many gifts.

In 2001, Tim fulfilled a long-time dream to launch his own company, Tim Wolfe Sculpture. Tim not only creates each artwork himself, but is directly involved in every step of production as well as personally training artisans in the finishing process. Tim will continue to offer additions to many of his past series of artworks, along with creating new limited edition series and gallery-quality works to include fine art wildlife and figurative works in bronze.
